E-Blasts

E-blasts are sent weekdays (excluding Wednesdays) to NEIBA’s 950+ contacts and are $350 (As of 7/1/24). Publishers who are NEIBA members can reserve 5 e-blasts within a 7-week period (can be different ads or titles) at a discounted rate of $1400. E-mail Evelyn@NEBA.org to reserve your date. Once your reservation is confirmed, please send the following materials at least 5 business days prior:

• an image file that is 600 x 800 (at least 90 DPI, can be animated, maximum 5 MB)
• a click-through link (can be a Google Form for an ARC, an Edelweiss link, etc.)
  
• a subject line for your e-blast
• the name of the publisher or imprint the e-blast should send from
  

If materials are not received prior to the scheduled E-Blast, NEIBA will still invoice for the full amount.

NEIBA Newsletter Ads

“NEIBA News” is sent every Wednesday afternoon to NEIBA’s 850+ contacts. The cost is $300 per advertisement (As of 7/1/24). Publishers who are NEIBA members can reserve 4 consecutive newsletter ads (can be different ads or titles) at a discounted rate of $900. E-mail Evelyn@NEBA.org to reserve your date. Once your your reservation is confirmed, please send the following materials at least 5 business days prior:

Banner Ad (click here for example):

• an image file that is 620 x 150 (at least 90 DPI, maximum 5 MB, can be animated)
• a click-through link (can be a Google Form for an ARC, an Edelweiss link, etc.)

Newsletter Post (click here for example):

• an image file that does not exceed 300 x 385 (at least 90 DPI, maximum 5 MB)
• corresponding copy that is roughly 75 - 100 words
• a click-through link (can be your website, a Zoom registration link, etc.)

NEIBA Homepage Ads

Advertise on the front page of NEIBA’s website for 2 weeks at a rate of only $300. E-mail Evelyn@NEBA.org to reserve your dates. Publishers who are NEIBA members can reserve this premier ad space for an entire year at a discounted rate of $6,250 (that's a savings of over $1,500!) Once your your reservation is confirmed, please send the following materials at least 5 business days prior:

• a .JPG image file that is 1000 x 320 (at least 90 DPI, maximum 30 MB)
• a click-through link (can be a Google Form for an ARC, an Edelweiss link, etc.)

8-Region Website Ads

Maximize your advertising dollars with the 8-Region Website Ad. For $1,000 your banner ad will appear on each of the 8 regional booksellers associations’ websites (SIBA, MIBA, GLIBA, NEIBA, NAIBA, PNBA, CALIBA, and MPIBA) simultaneously. Banners run Tuesday to Monday to take advantage of publishing schedules. E-mail Evelyn@NEBA.org to inquire about availability. Once your your reservation is confirmed, please send the following materials at least 5 business days prior:

• a vertical image file that is 125 x 440 (at least 90 DPI, maximum 250KB)
• a horizontal image file that is 440 x 125 (at least 90 DPI, maximum 250KB)
• a click-through link (can be a Google Form for an ARC, an Edelweiss link, etc.)

NEIBA Book Alert

Book Alerts are sent 6 times a year (January, March, May, July, September, and November). A NEIBA Book Alert includes a profile on our website, a dedicated post on Facebook and Instagram, and an e-mail to NEIBA’s 950+ contacts. The cost is $200. To be eligible, a book must either be about New England, set in New England, or written by a New England author. You must also make least 5 copies of your title (physical ARCs or finished copies) available for booksellers. To participate in the next Book Alert, complete this form.

NEIBA’s Mailing List

If you’d like to advertise with your own materials, NEIBA’s mailing list for our 190* bookstore members in New England and New York is available for a one-time use. The cost of use is $500. Copying, duplicating, or reproducing this list is not permitted. This list is the sole property of the New England Independent Booksellers Association.
