Fall Conference Advertising

Because the Fall Conference will be virtual this year, we are forgoing printed show programs. Instead, we will post our show schedule and all other relevant information to our Fall Conference microsite. If you would like to advertise a title or product with attendees, this is your opportunity to do so. We have two advertising options —

Web Banners ($200)

Web banners (maximum dimensions: 620 x 150) can be a static image or an animated GIF. You provide the image file and the click-through link and we embed that web banner in our Fall Conference Show Schedule. Attendees will have to view the Show Schedule for Fall Conference information, so this guarantees eyes on your ad.

Block Banners ($500)

Block banners are much larger (required dimensions: 1000 x 320) and can only be a static image. You provide the image file and the click-through link and we embed it on the front page of our Fall Conference website. Block banners are on a rotation and will cycle automatically every 5-7 seconds. There are 5 days of the show and 5 banner slots, so each day a new banner will be first in line. Block banners are available first-come, first served.
