The 2025 Summer Reading Catalog

Submissions for the 2025 NEIBA Summer Reading Catalog are OPEN

As in 2024, NEIBA is once again offering full-color print and digital Summer Reading Catalog! This 8-page, full-color, flippable catalog (roughly 4-3/8" x 5-3/4") will feature titles spanning all genres and age groups. Similarly to the Holiday Catalog, NEIBA member bookstores will have the option to imprint the Summer Reading Catalog with their business's logo. Catalogs will ship to stores in mid-May to coincide with our consumer e-mail campaign with Shelf Awareness. To view the 2024 Summer Catalog, click here.

Shelf Awareness will once again send two e-mails (to be sent before Memorial Day and July 4th) for participating NEIBA bookstores. Both e-mails will link to a landing page that will act as a shoppable digital catalog. All digital components (the e-mails and the landing page) will be branded for each bookstore and include a customizable space for staff recommendations.

Make your Summer 2025 titles stand out!

In 2024, our Summer Reading campaign e-mails were sent to a subscriber list of 112,000+ book-lovers in New England and beyond, with an average open rate of 46% and an excellent click-through rate of 3%.

As for the 2024 print campaign, 100,000+ Summer Reading Catalogs were delivered to over 65 New England bookstores. These curated catalogs of buzzy summer reads reached thousands of consumers local to New England as well as seasonal visitors, with opportunity for bookstore-specific branding and newspaper insertion.
